Grilled schnitzel ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 4 Minute escalope of pork (approx. 85 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 glass (370 ml) roasted peppers
  • 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 Ciabatta breads (approx. 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Rinse cutlets and pat dry. Coat each side with oil and grill in the preheated contact grill (Multi Snack Grill from Tefal) for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drain the peppers and cut them roughly according to size. Cut the gorgonzola into cubes. Cut bread in half and slice horizontally (do not cut through completely!). Cover each lower half of the bread with paprika, schnitzel and some Gorgonzola cubes.

    Grill in the preheated contact grill at medium heat for 5-8 minutes one after the other. Arrange everything and garnish with basil if necessary.
