Spicy filled flatbreads

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 3-4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 (150 g each) no flatbreads
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 1 large 50 g herb or garlic butter
  • 200 g Coleslaw ( a. d. glass)
  • 100 g cooked ham in thin slices
  • 100 g medieval Gouda cheese in slices
  • 4 TABLESPOONS sour cream
  • 100 g pickled peppers

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes

    Cut the flat breads and spread all halves with seasoning butter. Cover the lower halves with coleslaw, spring onions, tomatoes, ham and cheese

    Bake all bread halves under a hot grill or in a hot oven (electric oven: 250 °C/circulating air: 225 °C/gas: level 5) for 5-6 minutes. If necessary, place a blob of sour cream on each of the occupied bread halves, place the top lid on top. Add pepperoni if necessary.
