Ingredients

  • 1/2 Rigid melon (approximately 450 g)
  • 8 discs (8 g each) Salami
  • 8 (à 4 g) Sticks Grissini
  • 8 discs (13 g each) Parma ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil

Directions

    Remove the seeds from the melon, cut into 8 slices and cover with the salami. Wrap Grissini with ham. Arrange grissini and melon slices on a plate and sprinkle with coloured pepper. Serve garnished with chervil as desired
