Scrambled eggs with breakfast bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 4 large slices of wholemeal bread (approx. 50 g each)
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 Lettuce

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Wash chives, cut into small rolls. Spread bread with fat. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy.

    In the meantime, whisk eggs and milk, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Remove bacon from the pan. Let the whisked egg falter. Push them together carefully with a spatula. Clean, wash and drain the salad.

    Cover slices of bread with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Arrange scrambled eggs on top and serve with fried bacon.
