Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 red and green pepper
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 4 Salad leaves
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 4 Grain rolls
  • 4 TSP Yoghurt salad cream (25 % fat)

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Knead onion, minced onion, egg and quark. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Fold in 2/3 of the paprika cubes.

    Form 4 flat meatballs from the mince mixture. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meatballs in it at medium heat for about 12 minutes. Turn from time to time. Remove the meatballs and let them cool down.

    Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash lettuce leaves and dab dry. Wash chives and cut into small rolls. Cut the rolls. Cover with tomato and lettuce leaves. Spread lettuce cream on them and cover with 1 meatball each.

    Sprinkle the rest of the paprika cubes and chives on top. Put the lid of the bread roll on top.
