Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 300 g Noodles (Penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 200 g Salad cream (20 % fat)
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Rinse cold and drain. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and cut radishes into fine slices.

    Wash the cucumber well and cut it into sticks. Clean, wash and cut the romaine lettuce into strips. Mix the prepared salad ingredients. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix with salad cream, yoghurt and mustard.

    Season with salt, pepper and curry, stir in onion. Mix salad ingredients and sauce. Leave to stand for a while.
