Camembert sandwich with bacon

Ingredients

  • 3 discs (à 10 g) Smoked streaky bacon
  • 75 g Yoghurt salad cream (a.d. glass)
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 3-4 Lettuce leaves
  • 100 g Camembert
  • 2 discs Sandwich toast bread
  • 1/4 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 1 disc (60 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bacon, parsley strips, cherry tomato and marjoram

Directions

    Skip the bacon in a pan without fat. Remove and put aside. Mix yoghurt salad cream and mustard. Wash the salad and drain well. Cut the camembert into slices.

    Toast the sandwich bread in a toaster. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Spread slices of bread with salad cream, combine with the prepared ingredients to a sandwich and place the wholemeal bread in the middle. Press lightly and cut in half diagonally. Serve the sandwich on a platter, garnished with crumbled bacon, parsley strips, cherry tomato and marjoram
