Skip the bacon in a pan without fat. Remove and put aside. Mix yoghurt salad cream and mustard. Wash the salad and drain well. Cut the camembert into slices.
Toast the sandwich bread in a toaster. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Spread slices of bread with salad cream, combine with the prepared ingredients to a sandwich and place the wholemeal bread in the middle. Press lightly and cut in half diagonally. Serve the sandwich on a platter, garnished with crumbled bacon, parsley strips, cherry tomato and marjoram
