Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 1 medium onion
  • 750 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4-5 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad and cherry tomatoes
  • baking paper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat and onion. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form mince into 4 approx. 25 cm long thumb-thick rolls. Cut each into 4 small rolls. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes

    Mix honey with salt, pepper and oil. Brush the rolls with it for the last 5 minutes. Arrange on salad and garnish with tomatoes. Serve with peanut and paprika dip
