Boil 16 eggs for about 8 minutes. Quench, peel. Cool down
Soak the buns. Peel and chop onion. Squeeze out the buns. Knead both with minced meat, ground pork, 1 egg, some salt, pepper, paprika and mustard. If necessary, knead in breadcrumbs. Wrap the eggs in a thin layer of minced meat and press them down well. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes until crispy brown. Turn 1x in between. Taste warm or cold. Goes well with spicy ready-made sauces and baguette
