Ingredients

  • 150 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 20 g low-fat sheep's cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Oregano
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 150 g strained tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) sweet-hot chili sauce
  • 2 discs (25 g) Wholemeal baguettes
  • 7-10 Tbsp chili pepper

Directions

    Knead the minced meat and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut cheese into 5 cubes. Form minced meat into 5 small meatballs, adding 1 cube of cheese in the middle of each. Wash the oregano, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing.

    Put the rest of the leaves on the meatballs and press them on. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meatballs on each side for 3-4 minutes. For the dip mix tomatoes with chilli sauce. Serve the meatballs with the sauce.

    Garnish with oregano and chilli pepper. Add bread.
