Pork steaks with camembert hood

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-5 Spring onions
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 4 Pork loin steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 (approx. 125 g) Baguette-Brot
  • 150 g Camembert (minimum 45 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into large pieces. Wash and slice the tomatoes

    Dab steaks dry with kitchen paper. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    Fry the spring onions in hot frying fat while turning for 1-2 minutes. Cut the baguette into 8 slices. Cut the camembert into slices as well

    Place 2 baguette slices in each of 4 small fireproof moulds. Place 1 steak, 1 tomato, 1 spring onion and 1 camembert (or put everything in a large casserole dish). Dust with sweet paprika

    Bake the steaks in a preheated oven (electric oven: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 10-12 minutes. Served with lettuce

    Drink: cool white wine
