Toast bread. Remove rind from cheese and cut each slice into 6 strips. Drain pineapple and let it drain. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on each side.
Season with salt and pepper. Spread the toast with fat. Place meat and pineapple on top. Cover with 6 cheese strips each in a grid pattern. Put toast slices on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) until the cheese has melted.
Garnish toast with tomato and parsley.
