Trout cream on carrot-cucumber valleys

Ingredients

  • 25 g smoked trout fillet
  • 5 g Capers
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) low-fat cream cheese (21 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 washer (approx. 10 g) Cucumber
  • 2 discs (approx. 15 g) Carrot
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and 1 slice of lemon to garnish

    Mash fish roughly with a fork. Capers, up to 3 for garnishing, chop coarsely. Mix capers, fish and cream cheese, season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange trout cream on the cucumber and carrot slices, garnish with remaining capers, dill and lemon slice.
