Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 600 g Pork escalope
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 150 g Student food
  • 1 coated tbsp. flour
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Curry, 300 g frozen peas
  • 300 g Cream yoghurt

Directions

    Peel onion, chop coarsely. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a large pan. Brown the meat in it in 2 portions all around. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    Sauté onion in hot frying fat. Add trail mix and fry briefly. Dust with flour and curry and sauté. Stir in approx. 3/8 l water, bring to the boil. Add peas and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add meat again and heat up briefly. Stir in yoghurt (no longer boiling). Season the shredded meat with salt and pepper. Flatbread or rice tastes good with it
