Gratinated Schnitzel Hawaii with salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork cutlet (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs Pineapple (from the tin, approx. 35 g each)
  • 1 disc (approx. 30 g) medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 disc (approx. 60 g) Rye Bread
  • 10 g Butter
  • 1 sheet (approx. 20 g) Lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp cherry tomato quarter and flat parsley
  • baking paper

Directions

    wash and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with pineapple and cheese.

    Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 6-8 minutes. In the meantime, butter bread and cover with a lettuce leaf. Put the gratinated schnitzel on top and sprinkle with pepper. Arrange on a plate and serve garnished as desired with parsley and cherry tomato quarters
