Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 600 g Pork escalope
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 150 g Student food
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Curry Powder
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 300 g Cream-Yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander

Directions

    Peel and roughly dice the onion. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meat well all around. Season with salt and pepper and remove.

    Briefly roast trail mix in hot frying fat. Dust with flour and curry powder and sauté briefly. Deglaze with 350 ml water, bring to the boil. Add peas and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in yoghurt, add meat and heat everything briefly.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with coriander. Flatbread tastes good with it.
