Ingredients

  • 200 g cleaned vegetables ( for B. Carrot, kohlrabi,
  • 7-10 Tbsp cucumber, radishes)
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 (60 g) Multigrain rolls
  • 1 TABLESPOON light salad cream
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 1 washer (30 g) low-fat cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Wash and chop the vegetables. Cut open the buns. Spread with salad cream and cover with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Chop the chives finely and sprinkle on top. Eat the vegetables with it.
