Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix minced meat, spring onions, tomato paste and egg. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and dried herbs. Cut the baguette rolls deep and fill them with the minced meat. Coat all around with water.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel onions and cut into rings. Clean and wash lettuce leaves and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Arrange baguettes with prepared fresh ingredients on a plate
