Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. herb vinegar)
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS oil, 8 eggs
  • 4 discs M
  • 1 TABLESPOON butter/margarine
  • 8 discs raw ham (approx. 30 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato and parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the cucumber. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and finely chop the dill. Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip 1-2 tbsp. oil into it. Stir in onion and dill. Mix with the cucumber slices

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the fried eggs in it in portions. Seasoning

    Spread each slice of bread thinly with fat and cover with ham. Place 2 fried eggs on each slice. Serve with the cucumber salad. Garnish with tomato and parsley if desired
