Cut the cured pork in half. Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash salad, dab dry.
Cut the rolls in half and toast if necessary. Spread with some cheese cream. Cover the lower half of the roll with lettuce, cucumber, remaining cheese cream, smoked pork loin, onion and pineapple. Sprinkle with pepper. Place the upper half of the roll on top. Serve with cherry tomatoes and basil
You can also season the cheese cream for the gourmet baguette with mustard or horseradish. With half-fat cream cheese (30 % fat in dry matter) you can save a lot of fat: 100 g contain only approx. 5 g fat, which is 23 g less than double cream cheese.
