Bagel with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Real salmon cream (from the tube)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2-3 Splash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON grated horseradish (from the jar)
  • 4 Bagel with sesame (American rolls;
  • 7-10 Tbsp ersatzw. Sesame roll)
  • 4 Salad leaves
  • 4 discs (approx. 120 g) smoked salmon

Directions

    Wash the dill and chop finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix cream cheese, dill, onion and possibly salmon cream until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and horseradish

    Cut the bagel open. Wash the salad and pat dry. Cover the lower roll halves with a salmon slice and a salad leaf each. Spread cream on top. Put the top of the buns on top

    -instead of smoked salmon you can also buy graved salmon: It is seasoned with dill, salt, pepper and sugar

    You can find bagels (pronounced: bäigel; = ring-shaped rolls) packed in bread shelves of well-assorted supermarkets or at the baker. The rolls taste best freshly baked (in the oven or on the toaster)
