Ingredients

  • 3 Gherkins
  • 1 TABLESPOON mustard, 1 tablespoon honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 4 (30 g) Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bacon
  • 8 discs Sandwich toast
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions

Directions

    Cut the cucumbers into slices. Mix mustard and honey, season

    Wash lettuce and tomatoes. Cut cheese and tomatoes into slices. Fry the bacon until crispy

    Toast roasting. Cover 2 slices with half salad, ham and cucumber. Drizzle honey-mustard sauce over them. Place 2 slices of toast on top

    2 slices of toast with mayonnaise-

    naise. Top with the rest of the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and bacon. Sprinkle with fried onions and place 2 slices of toast on top. Halve all sandwiches diagonally
