Melon-Ham sandwich (diabetic)

  • 2 discs Toast bread (50 g)
  • 3 (approx. 50 g) small slices of smoked ham
  • 65 g Net melon (with skin)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 cleaned leaves Lollo bionda salad

Directions

    Toast the toast bread in a toaster until golden yellow, let it cool down. Remove the fat edges from the ham. Remove melon pulp from the skin and cut into thin slices. Spread 1 teaspoon of sour cream on each side of the toast slices. Cover one slice of toast with salad, ham and melon slices. Place the second slice with the coated side down on top
