  • 40 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 40 g Emmental cheese
  • 1/3 Base Cream

Directions

    Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and roast them in a coated pan without fat. Grate Emmental finely. Stir Emmental and nuts, up to one teaspoon each, into the base cream. Garnish dip with remaining nuts and cheese.
