  • 40 g Diced bacon
  • 3 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Leek tile
  • 1/3 Base Cream

Directions

    Fry the bacon cubes in a coated pan without fat until crispy. Wash herbs and shake dry. Pluck leaves from the stems and chop finely. Clean and wash spring onion and dab dry.

    Cut diagonally into narrow rings. Stir bacon, except for a teaspoon for garnishing, herbs and spring onion into the base cream. Garnish dip with remaining bacon cubes.
