Children sandwich with wool sausages

Ingredients

  • 2 Wool sausages (alternatively boiled veal sausage)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS clarified butter
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 2 Baguette roll
  • 1 TABLESPOON spicy mustard
  • 100 g grated Emmental cheese
  • 80 g cooked ham (cut very thinly)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato and fresh herbs

Directions

    Fry the sausages in hot clarified butter all around for about 4 minutes. Then cut in half lengthwise. For the filling, wash, clean, halve and seed the tomatoes. Finely dice the flesh.

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Sweat briefly in hot frying fat. Add tomatoes and toss in. Cut baguette rolls in half and spread with mustard. Spread the prepared ingredients, cheese and ham on top.

    Assemble the baguette roll. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes. Serve the baguette diagonally cut through, garnished with tomato and fresh herbs.
