Provençal minced baguettes

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 250 g mixed mince
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp sweet or rose pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried herbs of Provence
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Knead with minced meat, mustard, egg, salt, pepper, sweet paprika and dried herbs

    Cut the baguette roll deep lengthwise on the top and press them apart slightly. Fill with the chopping mass and spread a little water all around. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes until crispy

    Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Clean, wash and possibly pluck the lettuce smaller. Arrange everything with the rolls
