  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Apples
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 150 g fine liverwurst
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Orange juice
  • 125 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, dill and chives
  • 1 (approx. 30 g) Gherkin
  • 7-10 Tbsp cherry tomatoes and orange peel

Directions

    For the sausage spread, peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion rings in it until golden brown. Put some apple cubes and onion rings aside for garnishing. Carefully fold the onion rings and apple cubes into the liver sausage.

    Garnish with apple cubes and onion rings. For the tomato butter, knead tomato paste, orange juice and butter. Season with orange pepper and salt. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and orange peel if desired. For the herb quark, mix quark, cream cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs and dab dry. Pluck dill flags and parsley leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Cut chives into small rolls, except for a few stalks for garnishing. Cut gherkins into fine cubes.
