Croque with camembert

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 75 g mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 250 g Camembert
  • 2 Baguettes (approx. 250 g each)
  • 8 (approx. 200 g) thin slices of cooked ham

Directions

    Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the salad into thin strips. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes.

    Cut the camembert into slices as well. Cut the bread in half and slice lengthwise. Spread the upper and lower halves with mayonnaise. Cover with salad, ham, cucumber and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
