  • 2 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 55 g)
  • 40 g Salad cream
  • 1 washer (40 g) cooked ham
  • 1 washer (30 g) young Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the salad and dab dry. Wash and slice the tomato. Spread slices of bread with salad cream. Put lettuce leaves, ham, tomato and cheese on a slice of bread. Place another slice on top and garnish with parsley as desired
