Apple Ham Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 discs (à 25 g) wholemeal bread with sunflower seeds
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 1 Tsp Sahnemeerrettich
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Apples
  • 150 g cooked ham (cut very thinly)
  • 1/2 Beet Cress
  • 7-10 Tbsp some chives

Directions

    Spread slices of bread with 1 tablespoon of creamed horseradish. Wash the apple, rub dry, quarter it and cut out the core. Cut apple into thin slices. Cover bread slices alternately with apple and ham slices.

    Spread 1 teaspoon of horseradish as a blob on the ham. Cut cress from the bed and sprinkle on the bread. Garnish with chives.
