Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Chicken filet (250 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 1 Apples
  • several sheets Romaine lettuce
  • 6 discs Sandwich toast

Directions

    Rinse chicken meat cold and pat dry. Cut in half, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil for about 15 minutes. Turn several times in between. Season salad cream with curry, salt and pepper. Wash apple thoroughly, rub dry, quarter and core. Cut apple quarters into thin slices. Clean, wash, pat dry and cut into strips.

    Slice chicken warm or cold. Spread curry cream on two slices of bread, spread some lettuce leaves and chicken slices on top. Cover each with another slice of bread. Spread the remaining curry cream, salad, chicken and apple slices on top. Cover with the remaining slices of bread. Halve each "sandwich tower
