  • 25 g Remoulade sauce
  • 2 (approx. 55 g) thin slices of cooked ham
  • 1 washer Cheese (e.g. medieval Gouda)
  • 3 Lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 half peach out of a can

Place both halves of the rolls on a baking tray (upper half with the cut surface facing downwards) and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 4-5 minutes. In the meantime, wash the lettuce leaves, dab dry and cut into strips.
