Spicy Chai-Lassi with tea and yoghurt (Stevia instead of sugar)

Ingredients

  • 1 tea bags (for 1 cup) black tea
  • 5 Cardamom Capsules
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon (3 g) Nevella Low Calorie Sweetener with Stevia plant extracts
  • 1 knife tip Coriander
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cardamom capsules and cinnamon

Directions

    Brew tea and cardamom capsules with 200 ml of boiling water and leave to steep for 5-7 minutes. remove tea bag and cardamom and let cool down

    Mix yoghurt, nevella, coriander powder and cinnamon with the tea. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cardamom capsules and cinnamon powder
