Smørrebrød with horseradish and roast pork

Servings: 4
  • 2 Pommes (par exemple Alkmene)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Cream horseradish (glass)
  • 4 Disc/s Pumpernickel
  • 12 Disc/s Roast pork (approx. 240 g)
  • 4 TSP Wild cranberries (glass)
  • 4 TSP Roasted onions

Directions

    Wash, quarter and core the apples. Grate quarter roughly, mix with lemon juice. Mix half with horseradish. Spread the pumpernickel with it. Spread the cold cuts on top. Add cranberries, rest of apple and roasted onions.
