Ingredients

  • 200 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 Apricot halves (from the can)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Yoghurt Salad Cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Brandy
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Rinse the crab meat cold and dab dry with kitchen paper. Clean and wash the celery and cut into thin slices. Dice the apricots. Mix salad cream, ketchup and brandy.

    Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix prawns, celery, apricots and sauce. Spread the salad over two cocktail glasses.
