Wrap with salmon ham, paprika and corn

Ingredients

  • 20 g Rocket
  • 1 TABLESPOON Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Horseradish (glass)
  • 1 (approx. 20 cm Ø) Tortilla wrap
  • 6 discs Salmon ham (approx. 5 g each)
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vegetable maize (canned)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Toothpicks
  • 7-10 Tbsp parchment paper

Directions

    Wash and drain the rocket. Mix yoghurt and horseradish. Spread the wrap with horseradish cream. Spread the rocket on the wrap and cover with salmon ham.

    Wash, clean and cut the bell peppers into strips. Spread paprika and corn on the wrap. Roll the wrap tightly together, fix it with a toothpick if necessary and roll it in parchment paper for transport. Before serving remove parchment paper and toothpick and cut wrap diagonally in half
