Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS light cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 washer Wholemeal sandwich toast
  • 1 (approx. 50 g) square slice of brown bread
  • 2-3 slices (approx. 10 g; wafer-thin) cured ham
  • 1 washer (25 g) fettred. Semi-hard cheese (30 % fat in dry matter)

Directions

    Wash the cucumber. Slice or cut half into thin slices, grate the rest. Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrot. Stir yoghurt and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in grated cucumber and carrot. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Toast bread roast. Cut all slices of bread diagonally in half. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese cream on black bread. Spread cucumber slices, ham and cheese with a little cream in between. Place slices of toast on top, press lightly
