Ingredients

  • 300 g Cocktail tomatoes (e.g. red and yellow)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 bunch/pot of basil
  • 250 g Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 500 g Ciabatta or baguette
  • 125 g red and green pesto (glass)

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half. Whip vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Wash and finely chop basil, mix with mozzarella and marinade. Mix one half with red tomatoes, the other with yellow tomatoes

    Cut the ciabatta into 16 thick slices. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Cut 8 slices with red and 8 with green

    Spread the pesto. Spread tomato mixtures on top
