Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 can(s) (250 g, 6 pieces) Croissants (chilled fresh dough)
  • 6 discs Turkey breast cold cuts (approx. 20 g each)
  • 12 discs Camembert (about 7 g each)
  • 75 g jellied wild cranberries (glass)
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Whipped cream
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Pull the can by the flap so that it opens. Open the can carefully and remove the dough. Roll out the dough on a work surface and separate it into marked triangles, if necessary cut with a knife. Cover each triangle with a slice of turkey breast and 2 slices of camembert. Spread the cranberries evenly on top and roll the dough triangles towards the top and form into croissants. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  2. 2

Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 18 minutes. Whisk egg yolk and cream. Brush the croissants with the mixture 2-3 minutes before the end of the baking time. Remove the croissants from the oven, let them cool down a bit and serve them still lukewarm. Cranberries taste great with them
