Mortadella bread roll au gratin with mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch of rocket (20 g)
  • 1 (100 g) Multigrain baguette roll
  • 3 discs (15 g each) Tomato
  • 3 discs (7 g each) Cucumber
  • 3 discs (15 g each) Mortadella
  • 3 discs (10 g each) low-fat mozzarella
  • 10 g Spring onion

Directions

    Wash and drain the rocket. Cut the rolls in half. Cover with tomato and cucumber. Fold mortadella slices in half and roll up from the short side, place on the roll and cover with mozzarella.

    Bake the rolls under the grill of the oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown. In the meantime wash and clean the spring onion and pat dry. Cut diagonally into thin rings. Remove the rolls and let them cool down a little.

    Put the rocket in the rolls and sprinkle with spring onion rings.
