Melt the sugar in a pan. Mix oat flakes in it, season with cinnamon and let it cool down on lightly oiled aluminium foil. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into slices. Cut pomegranate in half, knock out seeds.
Mix yoghurt and vanilla pulp. Arrange on a plate with the orange slices. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and oat flakes. Serve garnished with cinnamon sticks and physalis
