Bring milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanillin sugar and fat to the boil. Remove from heat and add semolina while stirring. Bring to the boil once, remove from the heat, cover and leave to swell for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, separate the egg. Beat the egg white until stiff, adding 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt. Whisk egg yolk with cream. Stir into the semolina porridge.
Fold in the beaten egg white. Divide the fruits, except for 3 tablespoons, into bowls. Add semolina porridge. Spread the rest of the fruit on top. Decorate with lemon slices and chocolate sticks. The semolina porridge can be served hot or cold
