Wash apples, peel them as desired. Cut apples into slices and core them. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces. Add lime juice and sugar and stew for about 10 minutes at medium heat, let cool down. Stir sour cream, yoghurt and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Coarsely chop the biscuits and fill into dessert glasses. Sprinkle with apple corn. Layer the sour cream and apple compote on top. Serve decorated with lime and mint
