Salad plate with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. fruit vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 small apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Head green salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. frisée salad)
  • 4 (à 25 g) fine slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. with herb border)

Directions

    Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and some sugar in a bowl. Fold in the oil. Mix in the chive rolls

    Wash the cucumber, peel if necessary and cut into sticks. Wash apples. If necessary, cut off 4 thin apple slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Quarter the remaining apples and cut out the core. Cut apples into sticks. Mix cucumber and apples into the marinade

    Clean the salad, wash it and pluck a little smaller. Line 4 plates with it. Arrange 1 apple slice, apple-cucumber salad and 1 slice of ham on each plate. Goes well with farmhouse bread

    Drink: apple spritzer
