Ingredients

  • 1 glass (720 ml, dry weight 460 g) Sour cherries
  • 1 sachet (8 ml) cherry brandy bake
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground cinnamon
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 30 g Dark chocolate

Directions

    Drain the cherries. Mix the cherries, cherry brandy, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and leave to stand. Whip cream until stiff. Mix quark and sugar, fold in cream. Peel off the chocolate with a peeler.

    Layer the quark, cherries and chocolate rolls in four glasses.
