Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste from the glass)
  • 300 g King prawn tails
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 120 g green olives stuffed with almonds
  • 150 g Taco-Chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    For the sauce, wash, clean and finely dice the tomatoes. Cut the chilli pepper open, remove the seeds. Chop the pod finely. Mix tomatoes, chilli pepper and aiwar. Wash the king prawns, peel them as desired and dab dry.

    Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Put them on skewers with the olives and deep-fry them. Garnish with basil. Tacos taste good with it
