Apple and sour cream cup

Ingredients

  • 750 g sour apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime or
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon, 2-3 tablespoons sugar
  • 75 g Ladyfingers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Apple corn or apple juice
  • 200 g Sour cream or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 150 g Cream-Yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime or
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Peel, quarter, core and cut apples into small pieces. Put them in a pot with lime juice and sugar. Cover and stew for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down

    Coarsely chop the lady fingers and fill into dessert glasses. Sprinkle with apple corn or apple juice. Stir sour cream, yoghurt and vanilla sugar until smooth. Layer with the apples on the sponge cake pieces. If necessary, decorate with a thin slice of lime and mint leaves
