Ingredients

  • 125 g Goat cheese
  • 4 Bacon
  • 4 Rosemary
  • 100 g Lettuce
  • 1 Mango
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 3 TABLESPOONS cores
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mayonnaise
  • 1 TEASPOON Medium hot mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fruit juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Raspberry vinegar

Directions

    For the dressing, mix all the ingredients except the oil in a salad bowl and finally stir in the oil well

    For the salad, wash the strawberries, remove the green and cut into fine slices, peel the mango from the stone and cut into small cubes

    Roast the seeds in a coated pan or fat until golden brown. For the taler, cut the goat's cheese into slices about 1.5 cm thick and place a sprig of rosemary on top

    Wrap a slice of bacon around it and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper Place the oven on grill level and bake crisply for about 3 minutes

    Stir into whose salad dressing again and mix with the salad and portion on plates, sprinkle with strawberries, mango seeds and decorate with balsamic vinegar. Finally, place one goat cheese taler per plate on the salad and serve
