Turkey rolls with plums and almonds

  • 50 g Almond slivers
  • 50 g half-dried plums
  • 200 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 4 discs Turkey breast cold cuts (à approx. 40 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Roast almond slivers in a pan without fat until golden brown. Finely dice the plums. Mix almonds, plums and cream cheese. Roll up 1/4 of the amount in 1 slice of turkey breast cold cuts.

    Fix it with wooden sticks. Arrange on salad leaves and serve.
